摘  要:针对因通风问题引发的井下事故,而设计出高精度、低功耗、多样输出的超声波风速传感器。该系统基于超声波旋涡原理,用2个超声波换能器来发送和接收信号,硬件以STC80C52AD为控制器,可实现风速的本地显示,红外遥控和多样性远端传输等功能。通过现场测试,风速实际值与采样值虽接近线性关系,但小风速时会出现较大偏差,因此研究了减小测量误差的非线性补偿算法,采用非线性补偿算法后的测试结果表明,该超声波风速传感器成功的将误差控制在<0.1 m/s。Down hole accidents for ventilation problems caused by the design of wind speed sensor in mine, high precision, low power consumption, diversity of output. The system is based on the principle of ultrasonic vortex, and send the signal by two ultrasonic transducer to receive, the hardware with STC80C52 AD as the controller, the realization of the local wind speed display, infrared remote control and remote transmission diversity. Through field test, the wind speed actual value to be close to linear relation with the sampling value, but the small wind speed larger deviations occur, therefore study the nonlinear compensation algorithm to minimize measurement errors, using the nonlinear compensation algorithm of test results show that, the ultrasonic wind sensor successful errors will be controlled in the range of 0.1 m/s.
