摘  要:对采煤机摇臂进行准确的在线监测和故障诊断,选择适当的传感器监测点和传感器个数是必不可少的环节。优化的传感器布置能够以最低的成本提供最有价值的信息,是提高状态检测和故障诊断系统性能的物质基础。采用粒子群优化算法对采煤机摇臂的传感器布置方案进行优化计算,可得到摇臂传感器优化布置策略。In order to make a more accurate condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for shearer,selecting the appropriate sensors monitoring points and the number of sensors are an essential procedure. Optimized sensors arrangement could provide the most valuable information at the lowest cost, which is the basis of improving system performance of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.optimized calculation for optimal sensors arrangement on ranging arm was conducted using particle swarm optimization algorithm, and then optimal sensors arrangement strategy was acquired.
