摘 要:为适应岔区线路加固的需要,将既有D16型施工便梁的横梁由4.4m加长至5.505m,截面相应加高并增强了与纵梁间的连接。根据岔区线路上列车实际运行情况,从强度、刚度及连接三方面对便梁进行了验算。验算结果表明:横向加宽后D16型施工便梁的构件应力、静活载挠跨比及连接螺栓抗剪强度均能满足相关规范要求,横向刚度较大,能够满足列车限速45km/h的通过要求,可以在岔区线路加固中使用。In order to meet the need of switch area reinforcement, the transverse beam length of the temporary beam model D16 for construction was increased from 4.4 m to 5. 505 m, the section and connection were also reinforced. According to actual operation situation of a train on the line, the strength, stiffness and connection of the widened beam were checked. The results show that component stress of the beam, the ratio of deflection to span under static and live loads and shear strength of the connection bolts can meet the requirements of the code, the lateral stiffness is enough to meet the requirements of the train with a speed of 45 km/h. The widened D16 beam can be used in switch area lines for strengthening.
