摘　　要：目前国内LCD、IC封装及高精度PCB等行业快速发展,精度越来越高,线缝越做越小,因为定位、套合不良问题造成的报废也越来越大。由于大型精密测量仪开发存在技术难度大、前期投资多、市场需求量有限、投资见效慢等实际问题,国内测量仪市场面临着"有钱国外买,钱少则不买"的困难境地。有鉴于此,结合自身需要,清溢公司开发了CMM1100二维坐标测量机,望我们的努力能为国内精密测量仪工业的发展做些贡献。The LCD industry development is rapid,the precision measurement is critical on quality control,but there is no equipment in China,so we developed the CMM1100 measuring machine,it can satisfy the measurement requirements of LCD industry. The precision measurement technology is related to environmental control,motion control,image processing,laser measurement,software for all aspects of the technology.
