摘　　要：文中分析了无模型控制方法在某催化裂化装置控制中的应用情况。该控制方法针对大时滞、时变、强干扰和强耦合系统具有独特的控制功能,可以作为单元仪表独立使用,还可以作为软件系统嵌入到DCS系统中,把程序存入工控机中与DCS联网,加强DCS的控制功能。This paper analyzed the application situation of the model-free control method in a catalytic cracking unit. It hasunique control features when used for systems with large time lags,time variation,strong interference and close coupling,.The model- free system can be used as either all independent instrument unit or a software system embedded in thedistributed control system.It Can also be saved in all industrial personal computer linked with the DCS to enhance thecontrol features of the DCS.
