体育项目对健康大学生肺通气功能影响的分析

摘　　要：使用CHESTGRAPH HI-101肺功能仪,对体育学院随机选出的172名健康大学生的肺通气机能(肺容量、肺通气量和呼吸流速指标)进行检测比较.结果显示:体育专业男生的VC和MVV好于非体育专业男生;体育专业女生VC、FVC和FEV1均好于非体育专业女生;与游泳组男生相比,篮球组男生VC较好,但MVV较差;对于篮球组男生来说,训练年限与VC、ERV和FVC呈现显著性正相关,与MVV呈现显著性负相关;而对于游泳组男生来说,训练年限与肺通气功能指标未呈现显著性相关.结论:1)长期的体育运动影响健康大学生肺通气功能;2)体育项目和训练年限是影响健康大学生肺通气功能的2个重要因素.This paper explores associations between sports events,sports life and pulmonary function of healthy college students. 172 healthy college students are included in the present study. The indexes of lung capacity,pulmonary ventilation and breathing flow are measured. Indexes of pulmonary function are detected with a pulmonary function testing filter named CHESTGRAPH HI-101. Result shows sports major boys have higher VC and MVV values than non-sports major boys＇; sports girls have higher VC,FVC and FEV1 values than normal girls; the basketball boys have higher VC values and lower MVV values than the swimming boys; As to the basketball boys,their sports years are longer,and their values of VC,ERV and FVCF are higher. As to the swimming boys,their sports life is longer. All values have no significant changes with their sports years changing. The conclusion is exercise influences pulmonary function of healthy college students,and sports events or sports life are two important factors which influence pulmonary function of healthy college students.
