摘　　要：批评话语分析将语言学视角与社会视角结合起来,研究语言,语篇和社会结构之间的相互关系,主要讨论语篇中的意识形态或权利关系,从而揭示意识形态与语篇的关系。主要从批评话语分析的分类系统,及物性系统,转换系统和情态系统角度来分析2012年9月10日中国政府就"日本购钓鱼岛"事件发表的声明。Critical Discourse Analysis（CDA） combines linguistics and society, it studies the mutual relationship between language, discourse and social structure, and it focuses on ideology in the discourse as to reveal the relations between ideology and discourse. This paper is going to analyze the announcement to ＂Japan purchasing the Diaoyu Islands＂ made by the Chinese government in September 10 th, 2012, based on classification, transitivity, transformation and modality of CDA.
