摘 要:为促进包埋微生物载体用于污水处理厂升级改造的产业化进程,针对工程实施中可能出现的问题和突发状况,设置多种模拟条件,在肖家河污水处理主体工艺系统中进行现场破坏性试验,为其工程应用提供技术依据。试验结果表明:未预活化载体表现出明显的现场活化行为,与预活化载体性能接近;设备内部尖锐部件会对载体造成不可逆转的破坏;载体尺寸正常、设备密封良好时6个月未观察到载体流失;极端条件下可能发生载体污染,脱离污染源10 d后完全恢复。To promote industrialization of immobilized carriers used in upgrading of wastewater treatment plant, a variety of conditions were set to simulate possible problems and unexpected situation in the process of project implementation. On-site destructive experiments were carried out in the body process of Xiaojiahe sewage treatment system to provide technical basis for engineering application. The results showed that unactivated carriers had apparent in-situ activation, which was close to the perform- ance of activated carriers. ShaW parts inside the equipment could cause irreversible damage to the carri- ers. Excluding the reasons of carrier size and equipment seal, no obvious carrier loss was observed in 6 months. Pollution might occur in extreme conditions, but carriers returned to normal out of pollution source after 10 days.
