山西省欧李褐腐病病原菌鉴定

摘　　要：为明确山西省欧李褐腐病病原菌种类,采用组织分离法、致病性测定、形态学鉴定及rDNA-ITS序列测定对病原菌进行研究。结果显示,该菌在PDA培养基上菌落呈同心轮纹状,灰白或灰黄色,产孢丰富;分生孢子梗较短,有分枝;分生孢子串生,无色,单胞,柠檬形或卵圆形,孢子大小为（7.5~20.0）μm×（7.5~11.5）μm。经形态学鉴定为美澳型核果链核盘菌（Monilinia fructicola）。rDNA-ITS序列与Monilinia fructicola的同源性为100%,分子鉴定与形态学鉴定结果一致。The pathogen of Cerasus humilis（Bge）Sok.brown rot in Shanxi province was isolated and identified by tissue isolation,pathogenicity test,morphological characters and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis.The colony of isolate was grey,concentric rings and sporulation were abundant.Conidiophores were short and branched.Conidia were in chain,hyaline,unicellular,lemon-shaped or ovate,（7.5-20.0）μm×（7.5-11.5）μm.The results showed that the pathogen was Monilinia fructicola.rDNA-ITS sequence showed 100% identity with Monilinia fructicola.The molecular identification indicated the same results as morphology identification.
