摘 要:以马铃薯块茎形状不规则为前提,提出了一种新的马铃薯建模方法—3D扫描数据采集法,基于3D扫描数据采集软件中的采集功能,实现对不规则马铃薯的三维建模。随机选择两种形状不同、质量相近的马铃薯块茎,通过3D扫描技术建立虚拟网格模型,并导入离散元分析软件,建立其虚拟模型,设置摆动筛的筛面倾角5.8°、振幅3 5 mm、振动频率5.5 Hz,基于离散元素法对摆动筛的运动进行仿真分析,分析马铃薯在筛面上的运动轨迹及受力变化,为研究马铃薯块茎在筛面上的运动规律提供理论依据和方法。In this paper, a new potato modeling method—3D scan data acquisition method , is present as a precondition of irregular potato tubers shape .The 3 D modeling of irregular potato can be realized on account of the collection function of 3 D scan data acquisition collection software .The method present has an important significance on the study of the in-fluence on the irregular shape potato when the separation of soil and potato .Two kinds of potato tuber with different shape but similar mass are selected randomly , virtual grid model is derived by 3 D scan technology , and then import it in the discrete element analysis software to establish the virtual model .After that , the screen incline angle of the vibrating screen is set, and the amplitude is 35 mm and the vibration frequency is 5.5 Hz.The movement of the vibrating screen is simulated analysis base on the discrete element method , as well as the motion trajectory of potato on the screen , motion velocity and the change of stress are analyzed to provide theoretical foundation for the study of the motion on the surface of the screen of potato tubers .
