智能化水稻钵盘精量播种机虚拟样机与仿真分析——基于Pro/E

摘　　要：运用Pro/E软件对智能化水稻钵盘精量播种机零部件进行三维建模,装配零部件建立虚拟样机;对虚拟样机的关键零部件进行运动干涉检查;定义伺服电动机参数和创建测量点进行运动仿真分析,得到种箱基座和转板的位移变化曲线和转板的速度变化曲线。同时,对得到的曲线进行分析和讨论,证明其符合实际播种时的速度、位移变化,可为机构的优化提供理论依据。Using the Pro/E software for the parts of intelligent rice bowl dish precision seeder 3 D modeling ,assembling parts of seeder to create a virtual prototype ;the key components of the virtual prototype of moving interference inspection;Define servo motor parameters and create survey points for motion simulation analysis , get a box base and displacement curve of the rotating plate , to obtain the curve of velocity change rotating plate .Analysis and Discussion on the curve ob-tained , consistent with the actual planting of velocity and displacement ,to provide theoretical basis for mechanism optimi-zation .
