摘　　要：楚辞是中国文学史上一朵奇葩,很早就在国外传播。1879年,英国外交官庄严龄英译《离骚》后,楚辞开始在英美等英语国家传播。但是,由于各种原因,楚辞在英美国家的传播非常迟缓,影响也非常有限。Chu Ci is a marvelous flower in Chinese literary history, which is spread to foreign countries in early times. In 1879, British diplomat, E. H. Parker translated Li Sao into English, and since then, Chu ci began to spread in the English world. However, due to different reasons, Chu Ci is spreaded very slowly in the English world and has a very limited impact.
