养祖宗元气,立一分人品——蕺山弟子吴麟征家诫思想阐微

摘　　要：明末大儒刘宗周忠孝节义,醇儒正学,开创明末清初时代较有影响之蕺山学派,其弟子百人以上。在刘宗周绝食殉道前后,数名弟子亦因国变而殉道节义,其中事功之大、忠义精神之深著者,则以吴麟征为首。麟征为官以法,治家以"诫",并以诸通家书为基础编辑《家诫》,谆谆告诫其子弟信命读书、收敛节俭、却名黜利、忠节孝义,以"养祖宗元气,立一分人品"。而且,吴氏家族叔伯子嗣皆清直正气、互相教勉,言传与身教圆融统合,终成就"一门忠孝"之门风。As a leading Confucian scholar in the late Ming Dynasty, Liu Zongzhou started the famous academic school called Ji-Shan, with more than one hundred followers. He went on a hunger strike and died as a martyr, and several disciples of his were also martyred lamenting the fall of the Ming Dynasty, among whom, Wu Linzheng was one of the most celebrated figures, with his significant merits and achievements. Wu Linzheng persisted in governance in accordance with rules and laws. Accordingly, to manage a family, he edited Home Commandments based on some letters among the family members, in which, he admonished assiduously his family members and disciples to do good deeds through being studious, frugal, free from chasing after fame and wealth, and practicing filial piety. The Wu family stuck to the commandments and followed the family precepts of integrity and unity, which, eventually resulted in a family tradition featuring loyalty and filial piety.
