摘　　要："弃医从文"是鲁迅早期思想研究的重点,其转因研究一直存在争议。多年来,围绕争议,学界从社会环境、主体心理、日本文化等各个视角展开了广泛深入的探讨,提出了"思想启蒙说"、"民族屈辱说"、"文学自觉说"、"兴趣爱好说"、"日本文化影响说"等多种观点,其中"思想启蒙说"融合"民族屈辱说"成为现行教科书的通行看法。但是,历史地具体地看,有些观点也存在着片面性与逻辑性等问题,需要理性分析,以达到客观认识鲁迅、准确理解鲁迅、还原鲁迅之目的。＂ Abandoning medicine for literature＂ is a focus of the study of Lu Xun＇ s early thought, and there has been considerable controversy for the reasons of transformation for a long time. Over the years, around the controversy, the academia has engaged in extensive research from different perspectives like social environment, the subjective psychology and Japanese culture. ＂Enlightenment doctrine＂, ＂national humiliation doctrine＂, ＂consciousness of literature doctrine＂, ＂interest doctrine＂, ＂Japanese cultural influence＂ and other types of views have been put forward, among which the fusion of ＂enlightenment doctrine＂ and ＂national humiliation doctrine＂ even becomes the prevailing view of textbook. However, viewed historically and concretely, the above viewpoints also have the problems of one-sidedness and logicality which need rational analysis in order to understand Lu Xun objectively and accurately, thus restoring an authentic Lu Xun.
