摘　　要：本文介绍了绢丝与精梳棉混纺赛络纺纱产业化开发及应用课题,针对开发平民化高档丝绸产品的立项目的,利用将两种天然纤维的特性进行优势互补的新思想,将绢丝与精梳棉进行混纺,采用赛络纺纺纱新技术,应用粗纱重定量在细纱长车上纺制高性能赛络纺纱、粗纱机精确去除换条包卷接头纱、增加一道烧毛工序等新方法,来解决绢丝棉赛络纺纱无技术标准、在细纱长车上纺制赛络纺纱无先例、粗纱包卷接头处引起的成纱粗细节有害纱疵、成纱棉结较高等技术问题,创造出绢丝棉混纺赛络纺纱新产品。This article describes the silk and combed cotton blend Sirospun industrial development and application issues, and the use of the properties of natural fibers were two complementary ideas for the development of civiliangrade silk products stand project, silk and combed cotton were blended, using sirospun spinning new technologies, applications roving ration in the car spun long performance Siro spun yarn, roving machine precise removal of changing strip joints wrapped yarn, increase a singeing process and other new methods to solve silk cotton Sirospun no technical standards, yarn spinning long coarse detail in the car spun Siro spinning unprecedented, roving wrapped joints caused by harmful yarn faults, yarn neps higher technical problems, create silk cotton Sirospun new products.
