摘  要:根据国家电网公司各类员工不同的业务性质和工作特点,采用以具有国网自主知识产权的SG-UAP平台为展现层、以SAP为应用和存储层的技术架构,建成了国家电网公司全员绩效管理平台。该平台统一规范各级企业负责人、管理机关和一线员工的绩效管理体系,完善了"分级管理、分类考核"模式,建立了差异化的考核指标体系和激励约束机制,充分发挥了绩效考核的导向作用。According to the nature of the business and work characteristics of SGCC employees, this paper constructed a staff performance management platform. In which SG-UAP platform is used as the presentation layer, and SAP as the application and storage layer. The SG-UAP platform has independent intellectual property rights of SGCC. The platform created a unified standard performance management system for executives, departments and frontline employees, and improved the model of "hierarchical management, classification evaluation", established the differentiated evaluation index system and incentive and restraint mechanisms, and gave full play to the guiding role of performance management.
