摘  要:目的:研究管花肉苁蓉提取物的干燥工艺。方法:以管花肉苁蓉提取物干燥粉末的松果菊苷含量、压缩度、休止角为考察指标,比较板式干燥、带式干燥、喷雾干燥、微波干燥4种干燥方法,优选较为合适的干燥方法,并应用正交试验法,对其工艺参数进行优化,确定最佳工艺参数。结果:干燥方法选择喷雾干燥法,干燥条件为浸膏相对密度为1.15(50℃),进风温度190℃,进料速度9600 m L·h-1,喷头转速为180 Hz。结论:优选确定的喷雾干燥条件,适应产业化生产,且能够达到苁蓉总苷胶囊的装填要求。Objective: To study the drying process of the extract of Cistanche tubulosa. Methods: The suitable drying process was obtained by comparing four drying methods (plate-type drying, band drying, spray drying and microwave drying) with the content of echinacoside, compression degree and angle of repose of drying powder as indexes. The optimal technological parameters were further achieved by optimizing technological parameters using orthogonal experiment. Results: The spray drying was the optimal drying technology, and its optimal parameters were as follows: the extract relative density of 1.15 (50 % ), inlet air temperature of 190 ~C, feeding speed of 9600 mL/h and nozzle speed of 180 Hz. Conclusion: The optimal spray drying conditions can adapt industrial production and meet the filling requirements of total glycosides of Cistanche tubulosa capsules.
