摘  要:目的:探索喷雾干燥法制备干姜超临界提取物微囊的制备工艺及其对微囊成型性的影响。方法:以阿拉伯胶为囊材,吐温-80为助乳化剂,采用喷雾干燥法制备干姜超临界提取物微囊。以载药量、包封率等为指标,采用均匀设计对囊芯与囊材比例、进风温度、进液速度进行考察,并进行综合评分,优选喷雾干燥制备微囊的最佳工艺参数。结果:最佳制备工艺条件是药物与囊材比为1∶1.1,进风温度为160℃,进样速度为8 m L·min-1。制得的微囊平均包封率达66.44%,载药量为34.44%。结论:本试验所选用的喷雾干燥法优化条件合理,制得的微囊有较高的载药量和包封率,为制备成最终剂型奠定了良好的基础,且操作简单,利于扩大生产。Objective: To explore the spray drying method of supercritical ginger extract microcapsules process and its impact on the microcapsules formability. Methods: Gum arabic was used as a capsule material, Twen-80 as emulsifier. Microcapsules were prepared by spray drying with supercritical ginger extract. Drug loading and encapsulation efficiency were set as indicators, the uniform design was used to access the ratio of capsule core, the capsule material, inlet air temperature, inlet velocity to inspect, and conduct comprehensive score, and the optimal process parameters of preparing spray-dried microcapsules was chosen accordingly. Result: The selected optimal preparation conditions was for the drug and capsule material gum arabic ratio 1:1.1, inlet air temperature 160 ~C, the injection rate 8 mL. min-', the average rate of encapsulation of the closing microcapsules was 66. 44%, drug loading was 34. 44. %. Conclusion: In this study, the selected optimal spray drying conditions are relatively reasonable, prepared microcapsules have higher drug loading and encapsulation efficiency. The result has laid a good basis for further study in order to prepare a final dosage form, the experimental operation is simple, which will help to expand production.
