摘  要:在超大规模集成电路设计环境中,设备规模日趋扩大,各构成要素日趋复杂,如何进一步实现软硬件融合并提升协同效应、保证设计环境的稳定高效运行以更好地服务于设计工作,是管理人员需要面对的越来越大的挑战。本文简要介绍了集成电路设计各阶段的特点以及设计环境的各基本组成部分,着眼于项目开发实际需求提出并实现了多种IT技术应用场景,促进了超大规模集成电路设计环境软硬件的进一步融合,有效地提高了项目开发效率。Equipment scale expands day by day and the elements are becoming more complex in a ULSI circuit design environment, managers will face more and more challenges, such as how to realize the software and hardware integration and promotion of synergy effect to ensure stable and efficient operation of the design environment to better service the design work. This paper briefly introduces the features of integrated circuit design of each stage and the design environment of each part, and describes several IT technique application scenarios in ULSI circuit design environment based on the actual demands, which promote the further integration of hardware and software and effectively improve the efficiency of project development.
