摘 要:[目的 /意义]对竞争企业核心战略要素情报的动态采集与精细化分析,是大数据技术革新背景下企业获取核心竞争力以及竞争战略匹配的预测型情报需求,也是竞争情报分析向动态化、时效性转变的深度细化与拓展研究。[方法/过程]将竞争企业核心战略要素细分为环境要素、关系要素、具体要素和抽象要素,重点构建大数据背景下竞争企业核心战略要素情报的动态分析框架及流程。[结果 /结论]深入探讨竞争企业核心战略要素情报依据分析目标的遴选与情报需求识别、海量交易数据与交互数据的动态采集策略,从企业协同角度进行核心战略要素情报的精细分析,并确定企业竞争战略匹配的条件集。研究结论拓展了竞争情报分析的应用领域。[ Purpose/significance] It is predictive demand, that dynamic collection and refined analysis of core strategic intelligence of competitive enterprise, to gain core competitiveness and match competitive strategies in big data era. It is expansion of competitive intelligence analysis that is dynamic and timely. [ Method/process ] This paper segments the core elements of the strategy, that are subdivided into environmental elements, relationship elements, concrete elements and abstract elements, and builds the framework and process of core strategic intelligence of the competitors in the background of big data. [ Result/conclusion ] It explores the whole process of identifying due to the purpose, dynamic collection of massive data of transaction and interaction, refined analysis from the perspective of collaboration and determining the set of conditions matching strategies. The results expand application fields of competitive intelligence.
