青年赋权视角下新生代农民工创新创业扶持

摘　　要：以青年赋权的视角对浙江省新生代农民工创新创业扶持进行探讨。经济发展转型升级与新生代农民工的主体地位;新型城镇化进程与新生代农民工体面就业、扎根城市的强烈愿望;以及新生代农民工各类资本的相对缺乏是对其展开创新创业赋权的重要原因。浙江通过知识技能赋权、经济性赋权、组织性赋权、舆论性赋权等方式对新生代农民工展开赋权,以实现新生代农民工自身发展与经济社会发展的统一。From the youth empowerment perspective, the paper discusses the supporting for the new generation of migrant workers＇ innovation and entrepreneurship. There are three reasons for the empowerment which are relationship between economic development and transition and the new generation of migrant workers＇ dominant position; relationship between new urbanization process and their strong desires to work decently and root in the city; and the lack of relative capitals. Zhejiang supports the new generation of migrant workers＇ innovation and entrepreneurship through knowledge empowerment, economic empowerment and so on. The unity of the migrant workers＇ development and the social development can be achieved in these ways.
