摘  要:采用水培法,以甘薯(Ipomoea batatas Lam.)宁紫薯一号为材料,研究重金属镉(Cd2+)对其叶绿素含量、脂膜过氧化程度、活性氧含量以及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,镉胁迫下甘薯叶片总叶绿素含量减少;膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量升高;超氧阴离子产生速率增加,过氧化氢含量升高;SOD、CAT活性先上升后下降,POD活性在处理期间一直处于上升趋势。镉胁迫导致甘薯叶片光合作用减弱,衰老加速。同时甘薯植株也会对镉胁迫作出相应反应,保护酶活性上升降低了镉引起的细胞氧化损坏,维护了细胞的正常新陈代谢。The effects of cadmium stress on chlorophyll, membrane lipid peroxidation, reactive oxygen species and the antioxi- dant enzyme activities in leaves of sweet potato seedlings were studied through the water culture with Ningzishu No.1 cul- tivar. The result showed that under the cadmium stress, the contents of MDA and H202 increased gradually. The produc- tive rate of Oz-. increased. The chlorophyll content decreased. The activities of SOD ,CAT increased first and then de- clined. The activity of POD continued to increase during the treatment. It is inxicated that the cadmium had the obvious toxic effect on sweet potato seedlings. It reduced photosynthesis of sweet potato leaves and accelerated senescence. The sweet potato seedling could protect itself from the challenge by enhancing the activities of the protective enzymes to main- tain metabolism.
