玉米膳食纤维加工废液中阿魏酸的分离鉴定

摘  要:用大孔吸附树脂从玉米膳食纤维加工废液中提取分离阿魏酸,并进一步以三氯化铁和铁氰化钾为显色剂,对产品进行了薄层层析鉴定试验。结果表明,在p H为3时,HPD-100型大孔吸附树脂对样液的吸附量为0.172 mg/m L,解吸液为60%乙醇时解吸率可达83.4%,且在硅胶板上样品斑点与阿魏酸标准品斑点的Rf值相同,初步确定玉米膳食纤维加工废液中有阿魏酸成分。The extraction of ferulic acid with macro porous resin from processing liquid waste of maize dietary fiber was studied. The further identification of ferulic acid was carried out by thin layer chromatography with FeC13 and K3Fe (CN)6 as chromogenic reagent. The results showed that adsorption capacity of HPD-100 macroporous resin for sample was up to 0.172 mg/mL when the pH was 3. Using 60% ethanol as desorption, the desorption rate of ferulic acid was up to 83.4%. Rf value between sample spots and the spots of Fcrulic acid standard reagent on silica gel plates was the same, preliminarily confirm- ing that there was Ferulic acid composition in processing liquid waste of maize dietary fiber production.
