摘  要:为了解贵州山苍子(Litsea cubeba)根部挥发油的组成,为其进一步开发利用提供科学依据,试验通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取贵州6个地区山苍子根部挥发油。采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对其进行分离检测和定性分析,并采用峰面积归一化法测其相对百分含量。结果表明,贵州不同地区山苍子根部挥发油的共有主要成分为:(Z)-柠檬醛、(E)-柠檬醛、D-柠檬烯等。贵州不同地区山苍子根部挥发油之间存在明显差异,在医药和香料等应用领域应区别对待。To study the components of Litsea cubeba in Guizhou province and provide scientific reference for its utilization, the essential oil was extracted with steam distillation (SD) method from the roots of Litsea cubeba in six areas. The chemical components of essential oil were identified by GC-MS and qualitatively analyzed. The relative contents were determined in the several volatile oil by area normalization. The results showed that the major ingredients were 2,6-Octadienal, 3,7-dimethyl- (Z) ,2,6-Octadienal, 3,7-dimethyl-(E)- ,D-Limonene and so on. There were significant differences between different areas. Each essential oil of Litsea cubeba roots using for material of medicine and perfume industry should be treated differently.
