摘 要:采用文献资料、问卷访谈、体质测试等方法,历时3年,对西南地区6所高职院校的2 812名大学生的《学生体质健康标准》测试数据进行跟踪调查,对获得的数据采用自身配对T检验、数理统计等方法进行分析。结果表明:在3年时间里学生的体质变化较大,并且呈现一定的发展态势,其中肺活量和握力水平在第二学年增长速度最快,心血管机能在第二学年大幅度提高后有逐渐下降的趋势。总体上在男、女生的体质健康测评中呈现出先升高后降低的态势:具体表现为第一学年较弱、第二学年最强、第三学年逐渐下降的发展特点。结合问卷调查分析,认为与大学生在校期间的生活习惯、参与体育活动的时间、锻炼方式,以及各学校公共体育课开设情况等因素密切相关。Using literature review s,questionnaire survey and measuring physical health,w e analyzed the data acquired from the tracking survey about 2 812 students' physical health standard in six higher vocational schools of southw est for three years through paired T check and the method of mathematical statistics. The results indicate that students' physical health vary greatly in three years w ith certain developing tendency in w hich lung capacity and grip strength developed fastest in the second academic year and the cardiovascular function decreased after the second year's great increase. In total,the appraisal of boys and girls' standard of physical health show ed a state of increasing first and then decreasing w hich manifested concretely in the developing character of being relatively w eak in the first year,increasing in the second year and then decreasing in the third year. And through analyzing the questionnaire survey,it can be inferred that the foregoing tendency is closely related to the follow ing factors: such as,the living habits on campus of students,the time w hen they participate in sports activities,the w ay they exercise,the public physical exercise courses offered in different universities and so on.
