摘　　要：通过对美国农业部PS&D Online50年来的世界大豆主产国的大豆消费需求、面积、产量等统计数据的分析,从食用油、蛋白、直接食用及种用等4个方面,与面积、产量及主产地的异动等3个方面,分别深入解析了世界大豆的需求、生产动向及其影响因素。阐述了影响世界大豆产量的因素及其发展趋势。Based on the statistical data of soybean consumer demand, area and yield in the past 50 years from the USDA ps＆d online of the world soybean producing countries, the trends in demand and production were analyzed from the aspects of edible oil, protein, direct consumption and seed as well as the area, yield and the change of main soybean producing countries. The factors affecting the world soybean production and its development trend were elaborated.
