藏传佛教格鲁派寺院寺规考述——以“五戒”的承袭与实施为中心

摘　　要：历史时期,格鲁派寺院为加强对学经人员的管理,制订了全面而又系统的寺院规章制度。寺规内容以"五戒"为核心,涉及学经人员学习生活的方方面面,且随着时代发展,在内容方面有所扩充。为了确保寺规的执行,寺院还专门设置僧职进行督查,也制订了相应的处罚措施。在寺规的践行过程中,老一辈藏传佛教高僧大德堪为楷模,起了表率作用。在新时期,利用原有寺规中与时代发展相适应的内容既有利于对学经人员的规范化管理,同时对藏传佛教的发展也具有重要意义。The Gelugpa monasteries formulated a set of comprehensive and systematic monastic rules and regula-tions in order to strengthen personnel management. The core of the regulations is ＂five precepts＂, which involvesevery aspects of a Buddhist scripture learner＇s life, and with the development of the times, it expanded some-what in terms of its content. In order to ensure the implementation of the regulations, the Gelugpa monasteries setup the post of inspector, and worked out the corresponding penalties. In the practice of regulation abidance,those lamas of Tibetan Buddhism acted as a model and played an exemplary role. It is of great significance nowto develop Tibetan Buddhism by utilizing some of the regulations, which are still proper the development of thetimes to standardize monastic personnel management
