摘 要:目的探讨医院组织承诺对工作沉浸的影响。方法采用便利抽样的方法,用工作沉浸问卷(修改版)和组织承诺量表对318名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士工作沉浸总分均值(4.12±0.62)分,组织承诺总分均值为(2.37±0.43)分,处于中等水平,组织承诺与工作沉浸呈正相关关系,相关性有统计学意义(r=0.351,P<0.01),回归分析显示,规范承诺、情感承诺、经济承诺、理想承诺是工作沉浸的重要预测变量。结论护士组织承诺与工作沉浸呈正相关关系。提高组织承诺是提高护士工作沉浸状态的有效途径,护理管理者应采取有效措施提高组织承诺,以提升护士的沉浸水平,从而改善护士的心理状况。Objective To probe into the relationship between organizational commitments and work-related flow of nurses. Methods With convenience sampling, 318 nurses were investigated with Nurse ’s Organizational Commitments Scale and Work-related Flow Questionnaire. ResuIts The average total score for nurses’ organizational commitments was 2.37±0.43 and that of nurses’ work-related flow 4.12±0.62. There was positive correlation between organizational commitments and work-related flow,and the difference was statistically significant (r=0.351, P〈0.01). Multiple regression analysis showed that influence factors of nurses’ work-related flow were normative commitment, affective commitment, economic commitment and ideal commitment. ConcIusion There was positive correlation between nurses ’ organizational commitments and work-related flow . Organizational commitment is an effective way to improve nurses’ work-related flow and nursing managers should take effective measures to enhance organizational commitment for the improvement of nurses ’ psychological status.
