摘　　要：目的观察不同中医体质无症状吸烟者的64排螺旋CT影像学特点,为中医辨证研究提供形态学支持。方法将180名无症状吸烟者分为气郁质、湿热质、痰湿质、血瘀质、阴虚质、气虚质、阳虚质,进行64排螺旋CT的呼气相及吸气相扫描及分析。结果 180名不同中医体质无症状吸烟者年龄及吸烟指数两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。180名无症状吸烟者中空气潴留的发现率最高,其次为小叶间隔增厚、微结节、肺气肿、毛玻璃密度。180名不同中医体质无症状吸烟者影像表现比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),气虚质与痰湿质具有更多的影像表现。结论中医体质与无症状吸烟者的肺形态学变化有一定的相关性。Objective To observe the 64 row spiral CT imaging characteristics of different traditional Chi-nese medicine constitutions in asymptomatic smokers, to provide morphological evidence for the research of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.Methods 180 asymptomatic smokers were divided into qi -stagnation constitution, dampness-heat constitution, phlegm-dampness constitution, blood stasis constitution, yin-deficien-cy constitution, qi-deficiency constitution and yang-deficiency constitution.All asymptomatic smokers received in-spiratory and expiratory 64 row spiral CT scan and the CT images were analyzed.Results The age and smoking index of 180 asymptomatic smokers had no statistically significance among different traditional Chinese medicine constitution （ P〉0.05） .Air trapping has shown the highest detection rate in 180 asymptomatic smokers involved interlobular septal thickening, micronodules, emphysema and ground-glass density were the next.The statistical difference of imaging manifestations between different traditional Chinese medicine constitutions in 180 asymptomatic smokers was significant （ P 〈0.05） , qi-deficiency constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution had more imaging manifes-tations.Conclusion lung morphology in asymptomatic smokers has some relativity to different traditional Chinese medicine constitution.
