摘 要:摘要:以NaHSO3(亚硫酸氢钠)封闭的PAPI(多苯基多甲基多异氰酸酯)作为化学交联剂,对DSP[碱降解改性SPI(大豆分离蛋白)]进行交联改性,制得工艺操作性能良好的胶合板用改性SPI胶粘剂。研究结果表明:NaHSO3能封闭PAPI中的活性-NCO基团,从而延长了改性SPI胶粘剂的适用期(为2-5h);封闭型PAPI能提高改性SPI胶粘剂的耐水性,其湿态胶接强度(0.8~1.0MPa)满足国家标准中II类胶合板的使用要求;当”(封闭型PAPI)=15%(相对于DSP质量而言)、w(NaHSO3)=0.4%(相对于PAPI质量而言)时,改性SPI胶粘剂具有相对最佳的工艺操作性能和耐水性。A modified SPI (soy protein isolated) adhesive with good technological operation performance for plywood was prepared when the NaHSO3 (sodium bisulfite) blocked PAPI (polyphenyl-polymethyl-polyisocyanate) was used as chemical crosslinker and modifier of DSP (SPI modified by alkaline degradation). The research resuhs showed that the working life (2-5 h) of modified SPI adhesive was extended because the NaHSO3 could close active --NCO groups in PAPI. The blocked PAPI could improve the water resistance of modified SPI adhesive, and its wet bonding strength (0.8- 1.0 MPa) could meet the application requirement of class II plywood in national standard. The modified SPI adhesive had the relatively best technological operation performance and water resistance when mass fractions of blocked PAPI and NaHSO3 were 15% in DSP and 0.4% in PAPI respectively.
