摘  要:以一种新型八支腿起重机支腿反力为研究对象,将支腿及车架简化为钢架结构,以平面超静定结构理论求解方法为基础,并将其拓展应用到空间钢架结构中,建立解析方程并编程实现了在臂架回转过程中起重机支腿反力的解析计算,并通过合理的程序修正方式,修改典型方程系数,从而解决了支腿起翘而引起的支腿反力为负的问题。此外,通过ANSYS定义外部节点并进行模态计算输出柔体中性文件,并将中性文件导入ADAMS柔性体模块,在ADAMS中进行柔体的接触计算得到了在臂架回转过程各支腿反力大小,并与理论解析算法进行对比,从而验证了解析算法求解结果的正确性。为多支腿起重机支腿反力的解析及仿真计算提供了新的方法。Considering reaction force of a new eight-outrigger as research object,it simplifies the outrigger and frame of eightoutrigger crane to steel structure,based on plane method of indeterminate theory,expanding its application to space steel frame, establishing analytical equations and programming crane outrigger analytical calculation reaction force in the course of the boom swing,and solving problem of the negative reaction force issues which is caused by outrigger lifting by reasonable procedures analysis judging,which modifies the coefficient of canonical equation. In addition,defining the exterior nodal and conducting modal analysis by ANSYS to output neutral files,then inputting the neutral files into flexible module in ADAMS,conducting analysis of flexible body by ADAMS to solve reaction force of each outrigger in the course of the boom swing and comparing with the result of analytical equations,accordingly it verifies the correctness of the results of analytic algorithm,providing a new way for eight-outrigger reaction force by analytical equations and simulation,neutral files.
