摘 要:为提高管件弯曲成形回弹预测精度,根据梁纯弯曲理论对管件横截面的应力应变进行分析,对整个横截面弯矩M而言弹性变形区域弯矩Me可忽略不计,用幂函数硬化模型描述整个横截面的关系,建立了管件回弹角度、回弹后曲率半径预测模型。回弹角度随弹性模量E、管件外径D、材料硬化指数n的增大而减小;随着管件壁厚t、弯曲角度α、材料硬化系数K的增大而增大。部分试验值与理论值的比较表明,回弹预测值与试验值吻合较好,验证了理论分析的正确性与预测模型的有效性。To improve accuracy of springback prediction in tube bending,it analyzed the stress and strain on cross-section according to pure bending theory of beam,the moment of elastic deformation region Meis negligible for the entire moment of cross-section M,and power function model was used to describe the hardening relations of the entire cross-section,and it built approximate formula of springback angle,radius of curvature after springback. The springback angle decreased with the increasing of elastic modulus E,outer diameter D,material hardening exponent n;increased with the increasing of wall thickness t of tube,the bending angle α,and material hardening coefficient K. Comparison between some experimental and theoretical values showed that springback prediction and experimental values are in good agreement,and it verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis and validity of the predictive model.
