摘 要:针对气动伺服点焊焊枪与传统气动焊枪在焊接不同阶段的技术特性进行对比分析。相比于传统气动焊枪,气动伺服焊枪在焊枪闭合渐进阶段可以对电极进行缓冲控制,实现电极对工件的软接触,提高焊接质量和电极寿命;在焊接加压阶段电极力响应速度快,同时电极力能够快速调节,满足焊接过程对变电极力的要求。实验结果表明:气动伺服点焊焊枪相对于传统气动焊枪具有一定的优势,具有广阔的应用前景。Characteristic analysis between pneumatic servo spot welding gun and traditional pneumatic gun were compared by aimed at different welding processes. At gradual welding close stage, pneumatic servo spot welding gun was better in cushion control than traditional pneumatic gun, and its electrode was contacted with the weldment softly which improved welding quality and electrode lifetime. At the force preloading stage, the response of electrode force was quicker and was able to be regulated quickly to meet the welding requirement of welding force changing. The experimental results show that pneumatic servo spot welding gun has certain advan- tage over traditional pneumatic welding gun, and has wide application prospects.
