摘　　要：文章从构建以工程实践能力培养为核心的理论和实践教学体系、构建工程实践环节的标准化管理体系、构建以工程创新能力培养为目标的学科竞赛体系、构建涵盖专业知识、工程素质和创新实践的特色教材体系、建设规范性的制药工程产业链式校内外实践基地等五个方面阐述了以工程能力培养为核心的制药工程专业理论与实践教学体系构建与实施的体会。该文意在解决工程教育"工程性"不足和工程实践"规范化"不足的问题,努力为制药工程专业培养卓越制药工程师后备人才构建规范、可操作的工程实践教学体系。An academics and practice teaching system of pharmaceutical engineering aiming at cultivating engineering practice ability was set up and applied.Related experience was summarized.The aims of the teaching system were to construct an academic and practice teaching system whose core is engineering practice ability,to give standard management system of engineering practice courses,to offer discipline completion system aiming at engineering innovation ability,to compile characteristic textbooks which cover profession knowledge,engineering quality and innovation spirit and to set up campus practice bases cover-ing pharmaceutical engineering industry line.The academics and practice teaching system would overcome engineering insufficience of engineering education and standard insufficience of engineering practice,and more importantly,it is a standard and practical teaching system for cultivating prospective pharmaceutical engineer elites.
