某高校实训室8S管理工作现状调查分析

摘　　要：了解某高校实训室8S管理现状,更好地促进8S管理在该院实训室管理工作中的应用,进一步提高实训教学管理水平。采用问卷调查方式,统计学分析结果：物品设备的整顿和节约意识的满意度大于80%,物品设备的整理、设备的维修、文化氛围和师生的素养的满意度在60%~80%之间,安全环境的满意度小于50%。该实训室8S管理达到了＂保持前4S,提升后4S＂的预期目标。In order to understand the current situation of 8S management in a university laboratory, better promote the application of 8S management, further improve teaching management, the author, by means of questionnaire survey, statistically analyzed the following results ： the satisfaction of goods equipment overhaul and conservation awareness is more than 80% ; the satisfaction of equipment arrangement, equipment repair, cultural atmosphere and students quality is between 60% - 80% ; the satisfaction of security environment is less than 50%. The 8S management of this lab has achieved the expected target of maintaining the top 4S, improving the late 4S.
