摘 要:针对重型货车长下坡路段行驶安全性问题,对制动器温升模型进行研究。将重型货车坡道行驶制动器温度变化过程分解为制动器升温和降温两个过程分别建模。基于升温和降温模型建立了重型货车长下坡路段行驶制动器温升模型。最后在京昆高速公路上进行了长下坡制动器温升试验,以验证模型的准确性。结果表明:所建立的重型货车长下坡路段行驶制动器温升预测模型的仿真结果与试验数据最大相对误差为7.74%,说明该模型是准确、可行的。Aiming at the safety problem of heavy truck running on long downhill, the temperature rise mod- el of brake is studied. The brake temperature changing process of heavy truck running on downhill is divided into temperature rise and temperature fall two processes with two corresponding models separately set up. Based on tem- perature rise and temperature fall two models, an overall brake temperature rise model is established. Finally a long downhill brake temperature rise test is conducted on Jing-Kun freeway to verify the rightness of model. The results show that the brake temperature rise simulated with the model built for heavy truck running on long downhill are rather close to test data with a maximum relative error of 7.74%, meaning that the model built is accurate and feasi- ble.
