摘  要:校企合作培养是实现"卓越工程师"目标的重要途径。文章分析了我校校企全程合作实施"卓越计划"的校企生三方激励机制、产学研结合的培养模式、校企合作的主要环节及校企合作保障体系等方面采取的措施。该方案兼顾学生、学校与企业三方面的需求,以"强能力、保就业、促发展"为导向,依托校企合作共建的实习基地,采用"3+1"的培养模式及"1+3+1"课程教学体系,培养适合企业需求的卓越IT人才。该模式经过3年多的实践运行,学生的学习积极性、理论应用能力与动手能力迅速提高。计算机专业的教学效果得到了很好的改善。从学生高就业率及各方高满意度的调查证明我校的改革取得了一定的成效,为同类院校在人才培养方案改革提供参考。Cooperation of college-enterprise-student is an important way to realize the goal of " excellent engineers". This article analyzes the full cooperation of our school about the incentive mechanism of implementation of "excellence engineers", the combination of the training mode of production-study-research, the main part and the cooperation security system and other measures taken. The scheme cultivates excellent talents to fit the needs of IT enterprise, it considers three parties Jdemands, takes the " strong ability, maintaining employment, promoting development" as a guide, and relies on the cooperation of the practice base. The "3 + 1" training mode and " 1 + 3 + 1" curriculum teaching system are applied. After three years operation, the model has rapidly promoted the enthusiasm of the students, the ability of applying theory to practice and the manipulative ability. Computer professional teaching effect has also been improved. The reform of our school achieved certain results from the survey about student high employment rate and the high satisfaction. It can provide a reference for the similar institutions reform in the talent training scheme.
