摘　　要：核磁共振仪是一种大型的分析测试精密仪器,它的用途非常广泛,提高其使用效率的开放模式势在必行,但是,在前期准备工作不充分时开放核磁仪的使用反而会降低其使用效率。只有在做好充足前期准备工作,在健全的管理体系下才能保障核磁仪自主开放工作安全、顺利进行。文章详细叙述了进行核磁仪开放的前期准备工作的经验和体会,核磁共振仪开放使用前的准备工作包括三方面:培养出一支训练有素、颇具使用和管理经验的核磁团队;制定合理、有效的开放管理方案和预约制度;准备充足的资金进行保障。其中,培养高素质、高技能的核磁团队是开放前准备工作的重点,是维持核磁仪开放运行顺利进行的关键因素。Nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） is a large precision instrument, it is widely used for the analysis of substances. It is inevitable for improving the utilization ratio of the instrument by opening use. But if there is no enough preparation, the opening use of nuclear magnetic resonance will bring low use efficiency. Only when it is fully prepared in advance, it can guarantee the opening use of nuclear magnetic resonance is safe and smooth in sound management system. The paper describes the experience and understanding of the preparation for opening usage of nuclear magnetic resonance in detail. The preparation for opening use of NMR includes three aspects： to cultivate a well-trained and experienced NMR team on usage and management; to develop reasonable and effective management and opening reservation system; to prepare adequate funds for NMR operation. It is important to cultivate a high-quality, highly skilled NMR team in preparation, so that the NMR instrument can open run smoothly.
