摘　　要：目的:研究甲硫腺苷磷酸化酶(methylthioadenonine phosphorylase,MTAP)基因在缺血性脑卒中患者中的表达,探讨MTAP基因与缺血性脑卒中发病的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法,检测并比较50例缺血性脑卒中患者和50例对照组人群MTAP基因的表达情况,分析MTAP表达与缺血性脑卒中的相关性。结果:MTAP基因在缺血性脑卒中患者与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缺血性脑卒中的发病机制可能与MTAP基因表达无关。Objective：To explore the expression of methylthioadenonine phosphorylase （ MTAP） gene in patients with ischemic stroke and the relationship between MTAP gene and the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.Methods：The expression of MTAP gene in 50 cases of ischemic stroke and 50 cases in the control group was detected and compared by polymerase chain reaction （ PCR） , analyzing the correlation between the expression of MTAP gene and ischemic stroke.Results：There was no significant difference in MTAP gene between patients with ischemic stroke and patients in the control group（ P〉0.05）.Conclusions：The pathogenesis of ischemic stroke may have nothing to do with the expression of MTAP gene.
