摘　　要：全球气候变暖已经成为威胁人类生存的重大问题,工业革命以来,由于大气中二氧化碳的持续增加,全球气温提高了0.5摄氏度以上,而且由于温度上升惯性的存在,未来一段时期还将继续上升大约0.5摄氏度。未来气温至少有75%的可能性上升2摄氏度以上,至少有50%的可能性上升5摄氏度以上。气候变暖会造成冰川融化、海平面上升、饥饿等一系列严重的后果。人类的经济活动是二氧化碳浓度增加进而导致气候变暖的主要原因,必须向低碳经济转型才能遏制气候变暖。论文从碳循环出发,认为建设低碳经济一是要促进低碳排放;二是要促进碳市场发展;三是要大力发展碳汇。Global warming is an indisputable fact. Since the Industrial Revolution,increased concentration of carbon dioxide has made global warming more than half a degree Celsius,and due to the inertia of the climate system,it will continue to rise half a degree over the next few decades. Future global average temperature rise more than 2 degrees Celsius probability is at least 75% and perhaps as high as 99%,the global average temperature change more than 5 degrees of risk probability is at least 50%. Climate warming will cause melting glaciers,rising sea levels,hunger and a series of other serious consequences. Increasing atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations mainly because of human economic activity,in order to curb global warming,we must transition to a low carbon economy. In this paper,starting from the carbon cycle,it finds the construction of low-carbon economy requires low carbon emissions,promotion of the carbon market and the development of carbon sinks.
