摘　　要：企业家是在经济发展中从事创新、组织和协调、领导和管理、风险承担等多种职能活动的市场主体,其经营才能是内在禀赋与外生因素相互作用的结果。在市场化改革的制度条件下,具有重商冒险文化品格的泉州人充分利用侨力,在民营企业制度演进过程中不断打磨自身的企业家才能,"现代泉商"得以生成。面对经济发展新常态,"现代泉商"必须进一步提升发现机会和创造价格的能力,提升统合利用多种重大机遇的能力,并通过建立企业家市场以破除家族式管理的路径依赖,才有可能在锻造"新泉州模式"过程中发挥决定性作用。Entrepreneurs are market players who are engaged in various functional activities,including innovation,organization,coordination,leading,management,and risk taking,etc.Entrepreneurial talent is the result of the interplay between endowment and external factors.Under the conditions of market-oriented reform Quanzhou people with mercantile adventure cultural character make full use of over-seas Chinese resources,continue to polish their own entrepreneurial ability in the process of private en-terprise system evolution thus modern Quanzhou businessmen spring to generate.In the face of the new normal economic development,modern Quanzhou businessmen must further enhance the ability to find market opportunities and create product price,enhance the ability to synergize and utilize various signif-icant opportunities,through the establishment of entrepreneur market to break the dependence of fami-ly type management path,will it be possible to play a decisive role in the process of forging “new Quanzhou mode”.
