促进广西东盟留学生跨文化适应的策略研究

摘　　要：通过访谈的研究方法对广西东盟留学生在日常生活、学习、社会交际等方面的跨文化适应进行了调查分析,提出了促进东盟留学生跨文化适应的策略。研究结果有助于了解东盟留学生在华跨文化适应现状和促进广西留学生教育的健康发展。Through questionnaires and interviews,the author found ASEAN overseas students＇cross-cultural adaptation was affected by four obstacles： individual factor, social factor, language factor and the original cultural identity. According to the results of these surveys, the author also put forward five useful strategies： diversifying management modes, strengthening social support networks, enhancing the teaching and learning environment, providing various activities and platforms for cultural exchange and encouraging students to overcome the psychological barrier. This study will help understand the status of ASEAN students in cross-cultural adaptation in China and promote the positive development of overseas student education in Guangxi.
