摘　　要：目的:探究顺铂联合针灸疗法对晚期肺癌患者血清集落刺激因子(CSF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)与白细胞介素2(IL2)水平的影响。方法:选取我院肿瘤科收治的晚期肺癌患者60例,并将其随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组30例患者仅予顺铂常规治疗;实验组30例患者顺铂在常规治疗的基础上加用针刺肺俞、丰隆、中府、太渊、尺泽、心俞、天宗、膻中、膏肓、尺泽、背压痛点、灸丹田穴位。治疗前后,检测和比较两组患者的血清CSF、TNF-α与IL2水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者的血清CSF、TNF-α、IL2水平比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的血清CSF、TNF-α、IL2水平均较治疗前降低,且实验组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,脱发、失眠、白细胞减少的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:顺铂联合针灸治疗能够明显降低晚期肺癌患者的血清CSF、TNF-α与IL2水平,进而可能提高患者的免疫功能和临床疗效,值得临床进一步研究和推广应用。Objective： To explore the effect ofcisplatin combined with acupuncture therapy on the colony stimulating factor（CSF）, tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-α） and interleukin 2 （IL2） levels in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods： 60 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted in our hospital oncology were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases given cisplatin routine therapy were divided into the control group, while the other 30 cases in experimental group were treated with acupuncture therapy on the basis of conventional treatment. Then the serum levels of CSF, TNF-α and IL2 were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results： Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the serum CSF, TNF-α, IL2 levels between two groups （P〉0.05）, After treatment, the serum CSF, TNF-α, IL2 levels of experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy of experimental group was better than that of the control group, while the incidence rates of adverse reactions such as hair loss, insomnia, leukopenia were all lower than those of the control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Cisplatin plus acupuncture could obviously lower the serum CSF, TNF-α, IL2 levels of patients with advanced lung cancer, which may contribute to improve the immune function and clinical efficacy and was worth being further studied and popularized in clinic.
