摘  要:介绍了从ADA脱硫废液中提取硫氰酸钠的化学处理方法,处理过程包括:活性炭脱色,酸化分解硫代硫酸钠,低温分离硫酸钠,用氢氧化钙去除残留的硫酸钠等.实验条件及步骤:1L脱硫废液中加入30 9活性炭,脱色温度为70℃~80℃并搅拌1h;滤液中加入质量分数为98%硫酸17mL至pH=3~4,分解温度为70℃~80℃并搅拌1h;将滤液蒸发到体积约300 mL后,冷冻到0℃,分离出水合硫酸钠,滤液中需加入3 9氢氧化钙搅拌,过滤;将滤液蒸发结晶,离心分离,干燥得到硫氰酸钠固体,其纯度为96.3%.Introduced in the paper was the chemical method for extracting sodium thiocyanate from ADA desulfurization waste liquid. The process included activated carbon decolorization, acidification decomposition of sodium thiosulfate, cryogenic separation of sodium sulfate, addition of lime to eliminate residual sodium sulfate, etc. The research results showed that sodium thioeyanate with a purity of 96.3% could be obtained through performing the following process: adding 30 g of activated carbon to 1 L of desulfurization waste liquid (the deeoloring temperature should be kept between 70℃ and 80 ℃) and stir for 1 h; adding 17 mL of 98% sulfuric acid to the filtrate to ensure that pH=3-4 (the decomposition temperature should be kept between 70 ℃ and 80 ℃) and stir for lh; evaporating the filtrate to decrease its volume down to 300 mL and chill it down to 0 ℃ to separate hydrated sodium sulfate; adding 3 g of calcium hydroxide to the filtrate, which is followed by agitation and filtration; evaporating and crystallizing the filtrate, which is followed by centrifugal separation and desiccation.
