摘　　要：运用文献资料、综合分析等研究方法,对社会体育专业建设、发展及面临的就业困境进行了解析,进而提出应构建基于以就业为基本导向的社会体育专业毕业环节一体化培养模式,即立足于以就业为导向的社会体育培养目标定位,融毕业课程设置、教学平台建设、实习实训及毕业设计于一体的有机复合型培养模式。With methods of literature and comprehensive analysis,the paper studies the employment difficulties facing construction and development of social physical education specialty and points out that we should construct an integrated training mode based on employment -oriented graduation phase.The mode is an organic compound training pattern composed of settling -down of training goals of social physical education which is employment -oriented,curriculum setting,teaching platform construction,practice and internship and graduation design.
