高职学生体育态度与行为的调查研究

摘　　要：本文采用调查问卷法及数据统计法,对湘潭市五所高职院校约3万多名学生的体育态度及行为进行调查研究。调查结果显示,高职学生的体育态度基本保持着积极态度或良好水平;高职学生体育人数约占29.8%,即>18.3%(中国>16岁体育人口比例)。笔者认为开展此类调查活动具有现实意义,即对实现我国高职院校体育教学的可持续发展及改善高职学生的综合素质提供指导作用。Through questionnaire and data statistics, this paper conducts an investigation and study of sports attitude and behavior of more than 30,000 students in 5 vocational colleges in Xiangtan. Results show that vocational college students＂ sports attitude remains at a positive and good level; sports population of vocational college students accounts for about 29.8%, higher than 18.3% （the percentage of sport population older than 16 in China ）. The author believes such investigation has practical significance of guiding the realization of sustainable development of physical education in vocational colleges and improving overall quality of vocational college students.
