摘　　要："问题意识"在高校思想政治理论课教学中愈来愈被重视,它强调的是学生在思想政治理论学习中的主体性和主动性,但"问题意识"的缺失却限制了这一点,因此必须从多个方面构建"问题意识"。主要包括以下三个方面:教育者要转变旧有的教育理念和教学方法充分重视"问题意识"的培养,再就是有意识的转变僵化的师生伦理关系和建立起多元化评价体系。＂The problem consciousness＂ increasingly being taken seriously in the ideological and political theo- ry teaching, which emphasizes student in political theory of subjectivity and learning initiative, but the missing ＂ problem consciousness＂has limited this, Therefore, we must build ＂problem consciousness＂ in many ways. Includes the following three areas： education were to transform the old educational philosophy and teaching methods ade- quate attention ＂issue awareness＂ training, and later there is a change of consciousness of the current rigid teach- er-student relationships and establish a pluralistic ethical evaluation system.
