摘  要:为解决充气轮胎爆胎的问题,提高车辆防刺破及越野路面的行驶性能,对非充气结构机械弹性车轮径向刚度特性及影响因素进行研究。建立了机械弹性车轮非线性有限元模型,并通过负荷特性试验验证了模型的有效性;分析了使用条件和车轮结构等因素对机械弹性车轮径向刚度的影响,揭示了地面约束、材料、垂直载荷及力矩对车轮固有频率和振型的影响规律,为机械弹性车轮结构及整车动力学特性优化提供了参考。A mechanical elastic wheel used for military vehicles was presented to prevent a pneumatic tyre from bursting at high speed and to obtain more favorable performances of puncture-proof and off-road reliability.The elastic wheel structure had a non-inflatable integrated configuration.To establish a finite element model of the mechanical elastic wheel,various nonlinear factors,such as,geometrical nonlinearity,material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity were considered.The simulation results with the finite element model coincided to the results with the elasticity theory.The effects of wheel's structure and operating conditions on the radial stiffnes of the mechanical elastic wheel were analyzed.It was shown that the new analysis model closely matches the real wheel work conditions,hence this model can be used to design and optimize the mechanical elastic wheel.Based on the established finite element model,the influencing factors of ground constraint,material characteristics,load and driving torque were all discussed.The results provided a guidance for experiment study,structural optimization and improvements of the dynamic characteristics of mechanical elastic wheels and the whole vehicle.
