东莞“大统战”工作格局中的联动机制构建研究

摘　　要：东莞市委常委、统战部部长李小梅提出要建立部门、镇街和社会组织三级联动机制,构建"大统战"工作平台。本文分析了东莞统战工作面对的新形势和统战工作发展的新趋势以及东莞近期统战工作的重点和任务,论证东莞"大统战"工作格局中的联动机制建设的必要性和必然性,提出联动机制建设的具体建议。In a conference on the great united front work in 2014, Li Xiao-mei, a member of Dongguan municipal Standing committee, minister of the United front work department, puts forward 3-level linkage mechanism of departments, towns and social organization for building ＂Great United Front＂ work platform. This paper analyzes new forms and new trend of the development of Dongguan United Front Work, and recent focus issue and mission, demonstrating the necessity and inevitability of the linkage mech- anism of building ＂Great United Front＂ work pattern, and proposing concrete suggestions.
