摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化步伐的加快,如何基于自身办学特色向特色大学转型以提升适应力和竞争力是众多大学所面临的重要课题和战略任务。当前,需要对特色大学的概念、特性、特征进一步论析,以廓清特色大学建构的基本思路和模式,明确特色大学建构的基本策略。With the popularization of higher education, how to become universities with their own characteristics for enhan- cing adaptability and competitiveness is an important issue faced by many universities. Currently, it is necessary to discuss concept, feature, and characteristics of university so as to clarify the basic concepts and modes and define the basic strategy of constructing characteristic university.
